GTA 6 Characters: The Full Confirmed Cast

GTA 6 has a smaller official cast list than the rumour mill suggests. Rockstar has introduced eight characters by name on its own Leonida pages, plus a handful of people who are mentioned in their descriptions. This guide covers all of them, explains where each one sits in the story, and keeps a clear line between what Rockstar said and what fans filled in.

The protagonists

GTA 6 follows two leads instead of the three from GTA 5. Rockstar frames the whole game around their partnership: a job that should have been simple falls apart, and the pair end up on the wrong side of a conspiracy that reaches across Leonida.

Jason Duval

Jason grew up surrounded by small time con artists and criminals, so the life he ended up in was never much of a surprise. After a stint in the Army he drifted down to the Leonida Keys, where he now does work for local drug runners. What he actually wants is modest: an easier, quieter life. Rockstar hints that meeting Lucia could be the thing that finally gets him there, or the thing that sinks him.

Lucia Caminos

Lucia learned to fight from her father, and standing up for her family is what put her inside Leonida Penitentiary. Getting out again came down more to luck than to anything she planned. Now she is free with a plan of her own, chasing the comfortable life her mother pictured for them back when the family lived in Liberty City.

Major supporting characters

The supporting cast splits roughly into two worlds. Cal and Brian belong to Jason's life in the Keys. Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest and Real Dimez belong to the Vice City music and nightlife scene. Raul Bautista stands on his own for now.

Cal Hampton

Cal is Jason's friend and another member of Brian Heder's circle. His ideal day involves staying in, cracking open a few beers and listening in on Coast Guard radio traffic. Rockstar plays up a relaxed, almost cheerful paranoia, which makes him one of the more comic figures in the cast so far.

Brian Heder

Brian is a drug runner who came up during the glory days of smuggling in the Keys and never really left that era behind. He runs product through his boat yard together with Lori, his third wife. Jason lives in one of Brian's properties without paying rent, and the price is helping with local shakedowns and turning up now and then for Lori's sangria.

Boobie Ike

Boobie is a well known name in Vice City who used what he learned on the streets to build a legitimate business empire. He owns property, a strip club and a recording studio, and he partners with Dre'Quan Priest on the label Only Raw Records.

Dre'Quan Priest

Dre'Quan was always more of a hustler than a hardened gangster, and music was the real goal from the start. Before running a label he booked performers into Boobie's strip club. He is the one who signed Real Dimez to Only Raw Records.

Real Dimez

Real Dimez is a duo: Bae-Luxe and Roxy, best friends since high school. They started out shaking down local dealers and then turned that money into rap songs and a social media following. An early hit with local rapper DWNPLY got them noticed, but a few rough years followed before Dre'Quan brought them onto Only Raw Records.

Raul Bautista

Raul is an experienced bank robber who is putting a crew together. He has the know how, but he also takes risks that push every job closer to disaster. Rockstar has not said how he crosses paths with Jason and Lucia, although a heist specialist recruiting talent is an obvious fit for a story built around one score going wrong.

A few more people are named inside the official descriptions without getting a profile of their own yet.

• Lori Heder is Brian's third wife. She helps run the boat yard business and is known for her sangria.
• DWNPLY is a local rapper who had an early hit with Real Dimez.
• Bae-Luxe and Roxy are the two members of Real Dimez, listed above as a duo.

• The Keys crew: Jason works for Brian, lives in one of his houses and counts Cal as a friend. Lori is part of the same household business.
• The Vice City music scene: Boobie Ike and Dre'Quan run Only Raw Records together, and Real Dimez is signed to it.
• The heist world: Raul Bautista is recruiting, and nothing official ties him to either group yet.
• Lucia is the link between the Keys and everything else. Her connections beyond Jason have not been spelled out.

• Voice actors: Rockstar has not published a cast list. The only role confirmed by the actor so far is Stephen Root as Brian Heder.
