The Real Dimez: Bae-Luxe and Roxy Explained
Bae-Luxe and Roxy are the rap duo signed to Only Raw Records, hoping a second hit lands after years of quiet since their first one.
Bae-Luxe and Roxy are covered together here for the same reason Rockstar presents them together: everything shown about them so far is about the duo, not about either one individually.
Who they are
Friends since high school, the pair originally built a following by using social media and pointed lyrics to call out local dealers before turning that attention into an actual rap career. According to a hands-on Rockstar North preview, they had one hit years ago with a feature from a rapper called Downplay, then went quiet before signing to Dre'Quan Priest's Only Raw Records label under the name the Real Dimez.
Where they connect to the story
They appear in trailer 1 and in official screenshots, tied into the Vice City music scene that also involves Boobie Ike's club. None of this has been confirmed as connected to Jason and Lucia's main storyline directly, but it fills out the world they operate in.
