Privacy policy
Not finished. The legal entity, address and registration number still have to be filled in before this site goes live. They live in lib/site.ts under LEGAL. A privacy policy without an identified controller does not do its job.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Analytics. Aggregated page views through Google Analytics 4, and only after you agree. Nothing loads before that.
- Newsletter. Your email address, and the topics you picked, if you sign up. Nothing else.
- Contact form. Your name, email and message, so we can reply.
What we do not collect
We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not put personal data in analytics events. Search terms are stripped from the page address before it reaches Google Analytics.
Consent per region
Visitors from the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland get an opt-in banner, and nothing loads until they choose. Elsewhere analytics is on by default and can be turned off. If your country cannot be determined, you get the opt-in version.
How long we keep things
- Analytics data: retained for 14 months in Google Analytics.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact messages: kept in the mailbox and in server logs. Server logs are currently retained for around 30 days by the hosting platform.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Mail hello@gta6help.com and we will handle it within a month.
Changing your mind about cookies
Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes the stored choice, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
