Your first property purchase should be decided by garage slots and location, not by how it looks. Here is the reasoning.
Property in a GTA game does three things: stores vehicles, sets your respawn point, and saves the game. Everything else is decoration you pay for.
Rank candidates on three things
- Garage slots. The only property feature that compounds.
- Distance to the content you actually run. Every mission starts with a drive from here.
- Price. Last, not first. Cheap and well placed beats expensive and remote.
When to upgrade
When you run out of garage slots, and not before. Cash sitting in a better looking apartment is cash not earning in a business.
